Through partnerships with residential communities and property management teams, I provide on-site and virtual wellness offerings including mindfulness workshops, stress management support, wellness office hours, and private psychotherapy services for residents seeking additional care. These services are intended to support resident well-being, strengthen community connection, and provide accessible mental wellness resources in a comfortable and familiar environment.
